The salt lamp helps me sleep beautifully, i really love having it and i find that when I sleep at friends' houses I sleep quite restlessly without it - so it definitely makes a difference
The biggest difference for me, though, has been using the salt bar on my acne. My acne has completely cleared up thanks to simply washing with the salt and leaving it on instead of rinsing it off. I have spent money on expensive products in the past and nothing worked so fast and done such a good job.
