The Plumber Perth

Although the general plumbing and tiling thankfully seem to be okay so far, we had many issues with this company. The owner seems to have so many jobs on the go that he cannot keep track of them all and prefers to dodge and follow up responsibility. First issue was the false claim on his website that he was a member of the MPA (logo now removed), and after that.... toilet still doesn't flush properly but is apparently my fault, mirror fell off wall and smashed (was replaced only after repeated phone calsl and then threat to report to consumer affairs), water pouring through the ceiling fan (had to get another roof specialist in to fix it as plumber perth wouldn't take responsibility), and other smaller issues.

From my bad experience I highly DON'T recommend this company.

Only after 1 day of completion my house flooded after using the new bathroom so I questioned whether they installed the reflux valve.
As I expected they did install the reflux valve and wanted to charge me $1000 for the valve that they never installed.

They did not install the shower screen properly since the frame was not aligned and water would leak under the screen.

I complained to consumer protection however it would take weeks before they can deal with the issue. I could not wait as we needed to use it so I got a plumber in to replace the shower screen.

I had many issues with this renovation company so I hope the public would not have deal with these problems.
