The Pooch Palace

What a horrible experience for our dog and us. We took our dog to get a trim and he was returned to us bruised, and with cuts. We came back after 2 hours to see if he was ready and they looked upset at the fact that we decided to wait for him. He is a small Maltese shitzu puppy. While there we heard other dogs crying, we saw our dog dropped from the table, he was left unsupervised with a rope around his neck. When we brought him back he had bruses and cuts. We specifically asked for him not to be shaved to which they did. I did tell the manager he had knots on his hair and she said they would need to cut his hair short. Don't trust a business where their female owners are driving around in their Land Rover sheepishly using their mobile phone while driving. An absolute disgrace. Will never use or recommend your business in any way!! How can you care for other people dogs when it seems your safety and that of others are not a priority on the road!!!

I used to take my maltese molly to the poodle place. Sooo friendly and lovely and my puppy came out everytime looking gorgeous and modern. Thank you so much, I hope to start coming back once I have wheels as I have moved unfortunately and not driving at the moment. Best out there In my opinion :)
