The Pool Shop Kalamunda

I strongly recommend not to use this company. Make sure you get everything in writing even if you're long term customers. We verified a verbal quote three times before proceeding with a job but when it came to payment they claimed to know nothing about it refusing to honour the agreement. They were so rude and obnoxious. I now go to other store - cheaper and better service!

Terrible service and rude today. Sold us the wrong part on Monday (gasket ) despite giving them the old one. When I took it back today (Tuesday) to say it didn't seal the shop attendant was abrupt and rude denying there was a problem. After I insisted that the part was a disaster staff said nothing and went to the store room and bought another one out. I said 'thank you' staff did not respond. Staff did not say 'sorry try this' or even 'you are welcome' Not even basic manners. We will not be back.

Whilst the service were friendly the remainder has turned out to be a very bad experience. We had some staining in the pool, got the Pool Shop to come out for a look. They treated the problem with various chemicals that did nothing. They decided to take the Chemi-gem away because they thought it was faulty. 3-4 days late we phoned to see what had happened to the Chemi-gem. They still had it at their office, meanwhile the pool is turning green. Realising that no action had been taken they couriered it off to Chemigem HQ. Chemigem checked it and said nothing was wrong with it. The system was then couriered back to Kalumunda and eventually reinstalled. By this point 5 days had passed, a small staining problem had turned to mass staining plus a luminous green pool. Next we get an invoice for $500 that included multiple courier fees. Needless to say we are disputing the invoice, they have turned rude.

New to area. Never owned a pool before!!! Saw "Pool Shop Of The Year" sign on Canning Rd. Called in very friendly service ,great advice and very helpful.organised a service guy to come out the same day....all sorted in 24 hours....definitely has me as their customer . Thank you to Courtney and the Team at TPSK!!!!

terrible service,afterbeing quoted one amount and being charged almost double that,i then called the them to complain about this difference in the agreed running cost of maintenance for our pool,they then proceeded very rudly to tell me that "these thing's don't come cheap" and put the phone down in my ear but not before saying that in fact they were going to terminate their service to me???????based on the amount i was prepared to spend,which was well within the normal range,furthermore they claimed to sell me $45 dollars worth of product which i have still have not seen,they installed a valve on the pump with out my asking i just got billed for it and had no choice but to just pay,~rather spend your money at spa and pool mart they won't be rude ~i would'nt recommend them to anyone EVER....
