The Print Shoppe

I didn't have any work done here, but simply asked for a quote. Due to the rudeness of the person that served me, I don't think I will ever get any work done here, which is a real pity because I'd like to support a local business.

I was astounded at how poor, and how rude the customer service was at this establishment. Both staff were busy behind the counter and I was one of 2 people waiting patiently for some service. One of the staff members turned round and without any greetings 'demanded' what I wanted, and didn't give a thought that the other customer had been waiting longer than I. Staff then proceeded to make a complete dogs breakfast of a simple 22 page copy of a document (wrong size & single page copies, again due to no consultation with me for the requirements). During this period, the other staff member (management I assume) finally served the other customer. Shortly after that staff then served an older gentleman who was getting a copy of his photo ID. Staff was quite abrupt with him during the initial greeting as if he was interrupting them and then broke him off to answer the phone as well as deal with his request using gestures.
