Tenants beware!!!! I had been renting the house I was in for a couple of years and the landlord changed to The Property Palace. The property I was in had only been with them a few weeks when the rudeness, arrogance and incompetence started. There is the rudest property management I have ever come across and I have rented in more than one state for many, many years. The property management coordinator is not much better and they all hide behind the principal who says they will return calls and deal with matters and never does. The further I delve into this company the more negative reviews and complaints I find. I am currently seeking another residence they cause and give other agents in the area a bad name. I urge all to go elsewhere!
We rented a house through these guys for twelve months. I have never had so much trouble with a real estate they are very rude and un professional. Asked them time and time again for a simple tennant ledger and finally after 8 months got one. They accused us of not handing keys in on time when we left but in fact they lost the keys. They are just a pain, there right hand does not know what the left is doing. My advice is stay away we had so much trouble when leaving this house.
Hi skubald's...You are not alone. The Property Palace have turned a great experience I was having in the rental I have been in for over 2 years into a nightmare in under 8 weeks. I have never experienced anything like it. Like yourself they have accused me of things that are not true, stated I don't have a lease when I do and the list goes on and on. I am taking them to the tribunal and QCAT.
The Property Palace property management would have to be the best in Ipswich! They are the nicest people and they are always helpful. I have rented through them now for years and not once had a bad experience. Every time i asked for something to be done or fixed it was always done or organised the very same week!
the property palace property management is terrible! will do nothing for the tenants at all, we rented a house for $440 a week never missed a weeks rent, this house was a disaster! a leaking tank that was supposed to be fixed... never was... a hole in the toilet wall that measured 50cm by 35 cms , was there for 4 months... never fixed.. when we moved in used tampons in the cupboard.. and other unmentionable things.. chewing gum in the carpets and shower, filthy windows, cockroaches and mice in the house...nothing ever done, very rude when approached and very unproffessional. had to buy 5 tanks of water because of the leak at $100 a time in 6 months,wont mention who the property manager was, but they know who they are! to 'busy' to do an inspection for us even tho had 2 weeks notice when we were leaving.absolutely awful experience, worst real estate we have EVER dealt with.
Agree mate they did not do anything for us either and It was a painful exit when we left.
Agree totally. I have been in my house for over 2 years, they take over the agency and within 8 weeks they have caused a disaster and given me 8 weeks to leave without reason. Off the the tribunal we go. They do nothing, accuse and create a very unpleasant time in a short period of time.

Roxanne was an agent we met at an open house day for a property she had for sale. Upon discussion about wanting to sell our property, she made an appointment to come and give an appraisal on the property and put a proposal to use for her to sell it.
Roxanne in her dealing with us was nothing but professional, and her conduct as our agent impeccable. She said she could sell our property within 8 weeks, she did it in 5; whats more she managed to get the money we wanted.
Roxanne has now become a family friend and someone who we will buy our next home through. We have no hesitation in recommending her to everyone.in fact, we already do!
