I sincerely hope that someone sees this before submitting themselves to the poor service and extremely low standard of skills that I encountered at Proserpine Hair Shoppe. I asked for a barrel curl perm and ended up with nothing even slightly resembling what I had clearly asked for, I ended up with a crinkled nasty mess which resulted in a huge amount of hair loss. I expressed my dissapointment, the Manager refused to fix it let alone offer me any compensation for the hack job and then had the gawl to tell me that " If I didnt want it done, then I shouldn't have wasted her staffs time! ". Extremely dissapointing on her behalf, Customer service and satisfaction obviously arn't priority and potential customers should steer well clear of this awful hairdressers !
