The Raaj is fully licensed and BYO (Wine Only) . Dining here is popular and the Indian, West Indies and English cricket teams have passed through on their Australian tours. This restaurant only seats 80 so remember to make a booking. Take-away and deliveries are available. We also do catering and host private parties at The Raaj. We ordered their tasteless homemade icecream for dessert and recieved 1/2 cup of icecream for $16.00
I called to complain but they weren't interested. Whilst the rest of our takeway Indian was good I wont recommend them based on how costly it was compared to other local indian restaurants. No wonder its always empty.
Very disappointing, ordered takeaway and was told it would take 45 min, after 90 min
tried to call to find out, where our food was, but the phone was constantly engaged. Eventually drove up myself to find an empty restaurant, the manager on the phone and my food at the counter.
For a wednesday night this is unacceptable. Sure if it was a busy saturday night sure, but it wasn't. Will try else where next time. 90 minutes on a wednesday night and not even a phone call to apologise. Food was cold too
