As I travelled 4 hours to be shown how to decorate cakes. I did a private lesson with Chris as my teacher. What a wonderful day I had. She showed me sooo much & lots of different techniques to create my masterpieces. No doubt I will need to practise & practise, but Chris was soo patient & fitted more then I expected into the class. She showed & told me lots of little tips to help me along the way. Thankyou soo much. once again I had a great day.
