This is a very new place in an otherwise dull building. And it is the brightest thing in the area, other than the great restaurants further down the road. They have an amazing menu of trendy things to eat and, as such, you pay trendy prices. Don't get me wrong, they are a nice venue but the place is just too big for me and feels a bit cold in its design. Nearly forgot, my coffee was fine, not fabulous, but at $4 no more thanks
