The Red Door Food Store Cafe

The Red Door Cafe, Patisserie, provider, is located opposite the Balhannah Hotel. It is small and intimate with a charming European decor and influence. Predominately white walls, crisp white table cloths, with a delightful single red rose on each table, all creating a very romantic ambiance. We had a coffee which was from their own blend. It was extremely well made, good crema and texture, The flavour was chocolaty, with a slight acidic after taste, also sampled tasted a short black, excellent. we chose a French style, open apple tart and a fresh warm apple almond friande, both delicious. The menu has a good selection of breakfast and lunch dishes in a true European style. The Red Door is a genuine provider with imported cheeses, meats, a selective range of European & Local preserves, sauces, olives, Mayonnaise, food recipe books, etc. Very apparent attention to detail in every aspect of this business.
