We have recently just vacated a property in Douglas & I must say that the property manager has been awesome. So friendly, easy to talk to & she actually emails or calls back.
The last property manager we had last year wasn’t so great. So I think The Rental Managers should be proud to have her as apart of the team.

So I have read a lot of bad reviews but I see none that say how good they can be well on my judgment it obviously who your agent is not all agent are the same as for my agent Deb waters I'm happy to recommend her to any one a very punctual and professional agent in my opinion. !!
I am a land lord and in the past a tennent with this mob and have to say I would not recommend this business. The owner is non communicative and the staff are no better. They do not look after their tennents or owners, but happy to take your money. You could do far better with other agents around town.
In property management the Agencies are guided by owners instructions. If you have an issue please direct it in writing to [email protected] as management certainly does look at all issues that are raised with them and our Agency will always attempt to seek a satisfactory outcome between the owner and tenant.
I agree, they cost us a fortune due to their incompetence. No inspections for 12 months and the tenant trashed our house. The official answer to our queries (via email and phone) was to ignore everything. After seeking legal advice, we were told it would cost more to prosecute them than it was worth ....and so they get away with it again :(
