The Repair Wizard

I was appalled by the service. The receptionist picked a fight with me just as I was about to pay, told the boss untruths about the turn of events that pushed me to stand up for myself, and the boss swore at me.

Generally speaking reception was rude, unfriendly, and difficult to get along with all throughout the process. I felt like I was walking on egg shells with her, couldn't ask questions through fear of being spoken to rudely, and there was never any follow up with my car.

The boss said I would be contacted when my car was almost ready. I was never contacted. I have never in any of my business related dealings in the blue mountains been treated so appallingly.

Go elsewhere. The last thing anyone needs to is be attacked for no reason, and dragged into a crazymaking situation.

My car was repaired here through my insurance company but I will definitely come back if I have any non-insurance car repairs to be made. All the guys were fantastic, really friendly and professional, and the car came back absolutely pristine with all the hail damage completely gone. Highly recommend this business.

Friendly staff but a little slow in getting the job done

These guys are the best !!!! Seems there's no job too big or too small. They take the time needed to ensure you fully understand what work is needed and how much it will cost and why! All contact with them has been professional and service with a smile. They delivered exactly on time and with great results. Customer service is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have just picked up my car from have it repaired at The Repair Wizard Katoomba after a minor rear end ding.

The standard of workmanship is sensational - detailed and spotless as well. The service is impeccable and professional and they advise you honestly and straight up what needs to be done and what they will do to repair your vehicle. Heaven forbid that I need their services again but there is no doubt, I will insist my insurer use them for a 1st class repair job. Thank you Repair Wizard.
