Enjoyed a drink with a client here before having dinner with my partner.
Loved our welcome drink on arrival then shared the meat platter and 3 mini pork sliders. Very tasty!!
More than enough and a nice feed charged directly to the room... and 50% off for Accor members!
I think this restaurant as changed its name to "The Pantry" now, but it's the restaurant in the Novotel Hotel. For dinner, the service is very nice and the serving staff are respectful, but informal. Food is good quality, there's a nice range of options and it's presented well. I enjoyed a "Breaking Bread" dish of Turkish Bread with Baba Ganoush (delicious), then some steamed vegetables and a lovely main size salad with chick peas and a range of fresh vegetables. Everything was very nice. Breakfast here is a little less customer-focussed. Staff are indifferent towards customers, but still get the job done. The range of food on the buffet is nice and quality is good. Coffee is acceptable. It's fine for a hotel restaurant. One excellent thing about it - it opens at 6am for breakfast, which is fabulous as most others aren't open until 6.30am, well done on that.
I must say that for evening meals this restaurant is rather good and well worth a check out if you are keen on good food. The atmosphere was nice, the service efficient and friendly but the food... now that was a pleasant surprise. I cannot recall the last time that I stayed in a hotel and enjoyed their restaurant so much. They also have a considerable breakfast in the mornings but in that regards I regard the price for a full breakfast as a little too much.
