Not very happy with the customer service, had an issue were the roller door was completely unusable 2 weeks after the 3 month warranty period.
I rang and explained situation and asked if they could be flexible with a price to come back out and fix issue.
But was quite quickly and "I Felt Rudely" advised that there was no flexibility in pricing and that the full price would be charged.

I had Craig fixing my roller door today (11th August, 2014). I live at Hillbank in Adelaide. I was EXTREMELY impressed! Would love that feedback to get back to him!! I thought we'd be needing a new motor, which he could easily have just replaced at a cost of more than $500. However, he said that all that was needed was a re-alignment of the door with the springs, and he re-aligned the other roller door up as well, all for only the $100 call out fee. He then advised me that he advises everybody just to work the motor into the ground, before it needs replacing! So thank you on that score!! ALSO, I am having serious neighbour issues at the moment, which he walked right in on when he arrived.
