I ordered some yoga pants and shorts online and had numerous problems. Firstly, the shorts that I wanted turned out to be not available. I then agreed to have a different pair of shorts but I was sent the pants and a tank top (not the shorts). I notified them and I agreed to send the tank top back and they would send the shorts. They said they would refund the amount (I assume they meant of the postage amount)- so I just paid for the postage expecting to get refunded. No refund occurred, so numerous weeks after I sent the shorts back, I decided to follow up and sent them an email (the same email address I used with all previous correspondence) to ask if they received the shorts. This was more than a month ago and still have not gotten a reply. It has actually been a total hassle buying online from Sacred Space, when the point of buying online is to avoid the hassle.
