The Sailors Club

I went here for some friends for breakfast and was very disappointed.



Packed full of waiting staff, it was strangely impossible to get an order taken, and our drinks and food arrived after a very very long wait. The maitre d was very rude.



The brunch is a bit of a joke. Who ever wanted a bowl of scrambled eggs served with toast on a saucer, no butter and warm milk with my tea? The 'build your own' option was pretty much the most inflexible menu I ever beheld.



Don't try to get a fried egg, apparently 'it would just be chaos'.



Always such a shame when such a great location suffers from dreadful service and a lazy brunch menu.
