I've been here a couple of times and sometimes I leave with amazing brows and sometimes I leave with terrible brows. The staff are nice but I hate how I leave with one eyebrow looking like Rhianna and the other one looking like Jay Z. They are overly priced and do a horrible job.
Unfortunately Wendy I think you have reviewed the wrong salon as we have every client we have performed treatments on in our database. However, you are not on our database which leads me to believe that you haven't been here. This is why i personally never read reviews, especially from non-clients, as we all know people can write anything about anybody on the internet. We don't appreciate any competition to the business trying to discredit us.
I have been having facials here for over a year, and they have done wonders for my life long problem skin. The staff take their time, offer help and assistance (even when you call/pop in in between appointments) and are friendly, honest and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for their clients. I can't recommend this salon enough,and I have tried many!
SHOCKED!!!!!!!!!!! I was quite shocked to hear a few negative reviews for this salon .I've been a client at this salon for as long as I remember. I make sure to go regularly though to maintain my eyebrows if I didn't I would have a bush! Can I recommend to try it out again speaks for itself why this successful business has been up n running for more than 25+ years !!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I have never experienced such rudeness in all my life, i asked for a tidy up of my eyebrows which i like quite thick & only do them maybe 3 times a year. I came out with the thinnest eyebrows ever! then when i complained and mind you APOLOGISED for complaining I was yelled at and told theyll grow back what do you want us to do! OH MY that was from the mangement terrible!!

Can I recommend u too try them out again cos I highly recommend the service best I've experienced speaks for itself why they have been up & operating a successful business for 20 years!
