No help at all. A lot of the staff (not all are rude). When you do find casual work they make things extra hard for you.... They just seem to want to get you in and out as quick as possible with no customer service. My advice, use a different provider.
It has actually changed the way I know think about the salvation army.

It's ok thanks Shane. I sent a email through the Salvation Army website, which I had no response from. It's in the past, now have a new provider which is great and I no longer donate to the Salvation Army!
I contacted your head office at the time, no reply it has been more than 3 months. I found a another provider with great service. I used to donate to Salvation Army. I know no longer do and give to other charities instead.
Just an absolute waste of time. They do not listen to you, and seem to only care about their own personal outcome rather than actually assist you to find a job and prepare you for the workforce. Despite going through my skills and weaknesses, I was given standard and very basic resources that wasn't specific to my situation, or to my level of study or the workforce I was aiming at securing a job in. What a complete waste of time, money, energy and effort. I'm sorry, but never have I experienced such incompetency from anyone!

Absolutely waste of time. Not only are the staff incompetent in doing their job properly, but they are extremely unprofessional and invasive. The manager is just so damn miserable and rude. I recommend a different employment service provider honestly as you'll be wasting your time.
