The Seaside Laundrette Narrabeen

I have used this Laundrette, I think three times, and have been happy on all occasions.

The management has been using homebrand washing powder & washing liquid and not the proper commercial washing powder. If a customer come with only a small basket of washing, they always mixed up the washing with someone else's washing to fill up the washing machine. The management always do things to save their electricity, water and washing powder by mixing up different customers clothes. One day I came to do my laundry and I found their dog inside. BE AWARE OF THIS LAUNDRETTE!!!. I don't think they deserve any star.

I don't even want to give them half a star, because I'm so disappointed in this laundry service, like I have never been before. I asked them if they could wash and dry a bag of washing in a day. She didn't hesitate and said yes. When I picked them up that afternoon, they were nicely folded in the bag, but didn't really look clean. It looked like they had been folded or ironed. After closer inspection, I discovered that they had not seen the inside of a washing machine.

Very, very extremely upsetting and disappointing.

Thanks for nothing!

I would trust these guys over my whole entire wardrobe, over my mum! Trustworthy people who care and understand!
