Lesson learnt – This store is a Franchisee. Stick with the Head Office stores or purchase online. Avoid this store to get customer service you expect. After a lengthy discussion with the Store Manager, I could see the problem at The Shaver Shop Burwood!
Shaver Shop have good sales sometimes. I bought my Oral B Triumph Electric toothbrush here - it was cheaper that Myer, DJs and Chemist Warehouse. But of course you need to time your sales. Staff at Burwood are attentive and prompt. The store obviously sells a range of electrical goods, shavers being the most obvious! There are also hair clippers, womens' shavers, toothbrush heads and the like. When they have sales via the flyers, it's worth a look-see.
