The Shaver Shop

Ordered a stubble trimmer online, to deliver in Melbourne not anything remote or difficult, and didn't receive it or an explanation for 3 weeks.



I had to contact them and the delivery company to find out what happened, and another week later I still haven't seen anything.



Don't shop with the Shaver Shop, anywhere else would be better

Purchased my husband an electric shaver that was on sale and seemed like a good deal. Staff at the point of sale were great. Got the shaver home and realised it wasn't exactly what we were after so called the store to find out what could be done, then their staff was very rude, extremely unhelpful and at the end of 2 phone calls still left with an unopened unused shaver that we really don't want. Very disappointing experience.

Nothing against the actual store itself but the customer service was the worst I had ever encountered.



The person behind the counter should not be working in customer service in my opinion.



I went to the shop a while ago to get some accessories for my shaver and I almost felt like I should be apologising for actually frequenting their establishment. They were arrogant, rude, and a complete smart arse.



I have had good experiences at other Shaver Shop locations but will never go to the one at Fountain Gate again.

A good store. They have a range that is enough for what most people require. The store is very neat and impressive. I would just advise to be careful that they don't sell you something you don't need. When I bought an electronic shaver they sold some cleaner spay out of their own range of products that they said I would need. I have never used it or have needed to. Overall I would say it is a good store.
