Appeared to be professional but ended up failing on two projects in getting planning approval and asked our company to fork the bill. We had to engage another company which worked fine. Lots of hidden clauses in their contract too designed to shaft you. So instead of helping our company to get the planning permit , when they failed , they blamed the council said it's not their fault even though they were providing town planning advice all throughout the way!
They had provide me a very fast and productive service. I'm extremely happy with their professional attitude and their fair pricing. In the past I've dealt with other architecture company but found the experience very stressful. The silver Arc provide a very stress free process. Extremely happy with outcome.
