The staff at the city boutique are very pushy with the upselling of treatments to the point where it becomes uncomfortable. I gave the lady my budget, and she told me I needed a certain pigmentation serum (which I didnt need), and then after my dermapen sessions told me I then needed to get laser to treat the redness, which wasnt there before the treatment, and which was meant to be treated with the serum! I felt like a source of revenue rather than a client.
