I went here to get my hair regrowth colour matched and a haircut. When I called to book I told them I had curly hair and wanted colour match for my roots. They assured me that this could easily be done. How wrong they were! My hair looked grey when I specifically asked over the phone and on the day for not ash blonde, and I sat and started to cry as the hairdresser was pulling my curly hair to dry it. They said they would put another toner in it ( which I was charged for) . The haircut was literally her trimming a couple of the ends even when I asked for the weight to be cut out and a bang to be done on my forehead. This was not done. She obviously had no idea how to cut curly hair. When the 2nd toner was put through I asked to just pay and leave as I’d had enough and had already been there for too long, Not getting my hair blow dried as I had lost all confidence in them. Lauren is helping me to grow my hair, and we joke that every time she cuts it it looks longer! I had a sort of 50ish woman's cut which annoyed me because I'm young at heart, and now my hair is shoulder length and just looks fabulous, and the growing out process was seamless. I have so many compliments about the colour, but my favourite to hear is that I look "so young", and I hear that a lot lately! I highly recommend Lauren, not only as a skilled, creative cutter and colourist, but also as great company while she's at your home creating her magic.
Lauren has been cutting and colouring my hair for 2 years now and I would never change. She is so good at what she does and takes a lot of care to make sure the look suits you. I recently went from having long hair to a beautiful crop do and she did such an amazing job. I would highly recommend as Lauren is very professional, punctual and fantastic at what she does.
