The Sports Physio Clinic West Pymble is located within Philip Mall - the West Pymble local shops.

We welcome those who participate in both recreational exercise and elite sporting activities, or those who may have a work related injury. We treat people of all ages, and can organise custom made splints, braces, casts and taping for sports participation.

We aim to help the patient return safely to normal activities as soon as possible by facilitating an early diagnosis and implementation of rehabilitation. This may include referring for investigations (imaging) or other specialists as required. Physiotherapists at NSMCP manage injuries with a 'hands-on' and exercise based approach.

Services include sports and exercise injury management, post operative rehabilitation, bio mechanical screening and 'real time ultrasound' for imaging the core muscles.

Classes:
Hydrotherapy - (at Narrabeen) gentle small classes for post op or acute conditions, and more energetic classes for fitness & conditioning.
Back in control - a gentle program of assessment, understanding and managing spinal and postural issues through exercise.
