Two and a half levels of dresses, small range of ball gowns. The middle level is full of off the rack gowns which I found to look a little dirty and worse for wear. Staff were helpful but had a 'know it all attitude' which I felt took from the experience. Prices also seemed a little inflated for what was on offer.

I was so disappointed with the service and lack of customer service at this store. It all started promising and the staff were nice to me when they wanted my money. As soon as I put down a deposit - that's when the horror began! It started with the veil - I had gotten a veil included as part of the promotion for that weekend - I could pick a veil up to the value of $500. When I wanted to swap it for another one, they claimed that since the original veil I picked was only worth $400, I would need to pay the difference on any other veil more expensive. The store was pretty and looked promising however the service was shocking. I had made an appointment to try some wedding dresses with The 'consultant', but not much consulting was done. As an enthusiastic bride to be I was hoping for some professional advice and inspiration. I was treated poorly and with no respect.
