Do not use these people. They are very expensive and all goes well until you have an issue.
I had an issue with the balusters having large visible holes in them- queried it and was told that there "was nothing they can do."
I spent hours polishing all the timber and then they go and ruin it. Worst thing is that I simply ask about it and get told in a way that "even if it was gold plated- I wouldn't be happy."
Yes, I am fussy, but I am not unreasonable. Why would I stress myself over something that didn't exist.
There are others out there half the price that will actually care for the customer.
If this is not resolved, I will be going to the department of fair trading.

I too have actually had some work done by this business as well and am very pleased with the quality of workmanship carried out on my home. I found them to be very polite and professional to deal with.
Yes it is true they are not the cheapest however in the construction industry i have found that you get what you pay for. As for the holes in the balusters, try filling them and touching them up with same colour paint. Furthermore i am a little confused as to how they would ruin your polish job when this process would be undertaken after the entire job has been completed?
