The Station Wahroonga

Love the revamped Cafe Laurella (I know it's been a few years now), menu items are quite unique, used to come here for brunch all the time when I lived in the area.

Amazing! Visited for breakfast and was very very happy. The menu is very creative and includes interesting taste combinations from different cuisines. For example, Egyptian breakfast featuring poached eggs with yoghurt and bread. They of course also have the standard favourites for the less adventuresome. Nice coffee and the service was quick and helpful. It was refreshing to be able to book! So often this is not an option at cafes like this. Parking is easy with the Wahroonga car park next-door.

The lunch was absolutely fantastic. The food was to die for and well presented, price affordable. Chef Ashraf Saleh is a culinary artist. I will go back to the station more often and I recommend this to everyone.

We recently used The Station as the venue for our rehearsal dinner and I cannot praise them highly enough. We had 18 people for a 3 course meal and they did such a wonderful job. The service was warm and friendly, the food was superb and the atmosphere was fantastic. Thanks George for a great evening! We'll definitely be back!
