Extremely disappointing! Luke would be better to work for the Taxation Department. So conservative! An unprofessional attitude to client support and individual circumstances. This business, I believe cost me $1000’s in taxes. When I rang to politely express concerns the conversation ended with “And, you have a nice day.” Really?? I will have to pay AGAIN to get my tax amended elsewhere. A waist of time and stressful. Don’t go there:(
Thank you for your comment, we appreciate all feed back good and bad however it's mainly the bad that does come through.
As we discussed in office and on the phone your income received was not elegible for deductions, I am do not want to go into details on an open forum.
