I was sold advertising space for my business in a May issue, signed contract, submitted the article which was rejected by them and told I had to sign a new contract to cover the topic. It was published 6 months earlier than agreed (Dec when my market is on holidays and I was not yet in business). The company failed to reply to all of my emails and phone calls, but only started contacting me when they wanted payment for both contracts!!! They are unable to communicate withough being rude. Oh yeah, not one phone response to both adds!
