For general service the staff are friendly and helpful. However if you require sensible and sensitive attention or advice for a medical ailment your best bet is to visit the surrounding pharmacies. The on call chemist is quite lacks some basic interpersonal skills. We found staff struggled to make sense of some very basic medical information and failed to answer questions directly .
