The Urban Spa

I booked my appointment with them at 11:30am and arrived at 11:27am. Despite being told to go to my room at 11:30am, my therapist did not arrive until 11:40. Although she was late, she apologized and we finally began treatment at 11:46am. During treatment, she forgot to bring mask, something related to hydro and left the room twice. I spent 250 dollars on my treatment for 35 minutes. There is no way I would recommend them to anyone.

I was extremely disapointed in my 2 hour heavenly facial ($149) which went for about one and half hours and first 1/2 hour was spent telling me about their products. Then asked if I would like a microbrasion instead of the facial which I purchased I agreed not realising you miss out on most of the things involved in a heavenly facial and less time is required.
Also other things were missed out of the package.
I would not recommend them especially those packages.

Made on online booking for the following day which was confirmed by email. They then sent a cancellation email an hour later which I didn't see as I don't have time to keep checking personal emails. A phone call might have been nice as I have been a longstanding customer. I turned up to have someone say don't have your booking, and we're full. Well glad you are so busy because I will not be using your services again.

Very disappointing indeed. The two hour spa package gifted to me was only an hour and a half, and quite a bit of that time was used to get me to buy products. The pedicure was very bad - literally put your feet in water and get wiped, but the facial was decent. The music was loud and annoying and it didnt seem like a relaxation at all, especially with the girl trying to sell me fancy creams and lotions. Wouldn't recommend at all!
