The care is good but unfortunately the customer service is very poor. Our dog is having ongoing treatment. I have had to follow up on blood test results and on other queries where nobody has called me back. I understand the clinic is busy but each time somebody says they will call me back they never do. This has happened on the last four occasions. Very disappointing and makes me question the level of commitment to their patients.
Warning. Do not use this companies online store. Ordered worming tablets which I never received. Contacted the clininc after several weeks via phone and email and was told the item was out of stock and a refund would be provided that day. Several days later now and no refund. RIP OFF MERCHANTS.
I cannot recommend The Vet Practice highly enough. We moved to Whittlesea just over 2 years ago, and one of our dogs needed emergency care, so I drove to The Vet Practice at night time, when they had finished consulting. They saw my dog immediately. The care was the best I had experienced from any veterinarian practice.
I also love it that the vets get together at lunch and discuss their 'patients' and determine the best outcome. One of our dogs got diagnosed as diabetic, which had not been accurately diagnosed before attending The Vet Practice.
10 out of 10 is the care and professionalism I have experienced from this practice for both of my 2 older dogs.
inexperienced vets, you get a different vet every time you go and have to explain everything again. gave me medication which told me to apply it to the wrong place. i ran out of medication and they wouldnt give anymore without another $150 consultation. the wait times are bad, you book an appointment at 5 and dont get seen till 5:30. vets dont explain things properly. this vet is like a GP super clinic, get more people in and out quicly to make more money. maybe this is ok for farm animals but not for family members.
