Emergenetics is a profiling instrument combining our genetic heritage and our personal experiences. Emergenetics focuses on the power of teamwork, increased understanding between team members, successful project implementation and developing more effective solutions to team challenges. Karen uses the Emergenetics profile as part of her training programs to add value for her clients.

Karen also uses the Emergenetics tool in Life Support; her life coaching program developed specifically for the individual and the achievement of their unique goals. It is designed to help each individual become more professional in each of these areas.
