The Victoria Apartments are a stylish 4 1/2 star self catering apartment complex located in 48 Bank street , Port Fairy that has been built to flow with the colonial architecture of the surrounding township. Accommodation is made up of townhouse style one, two and three bedroom apartments. Once you arrive, your car can be locked away in the remote roller door garage as the complex is in walking distance to all the picturesque town has to offer. This luxurious accommodation gives all the comforts of home with modern bathrooms, balconies or courtyards, leather lounge suites, plasma and LCD TV'S with DVD players and Austar movies and sport channels, also wireless internet. Stay a night or stay a week, the luxury and location will keep you coming back.
If you are a couple and looking for a 1 bedroom aprtment in Port Fairy, don't bother with this place. Looks great from the advertising.......don't be fooled.
It was so small if someone sat at the table the seat was blocking the front door. (and I am not joking) The King size bed was good. however it was way to big for the room. Pity if you wanted to take some clothes out of your case as there was nowhere to put them. We got hot in the night with the continental quilt that was provided, so we decided to get the 2 blankets that were there instead, only to find that they were single bed blankets. The full cooking facilities were a joke. They consisted of a Microwave, 2 small hot plates a small saucepan, 1 small frying pan and a few utensils. Overall I would suggest you don't stay here. Not a good experience.
