WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!!
Bought a 5 deal car wash package from Richmond location, used one and the business has closed down.
Went to he Brunswick location and they wouldn't refund or even honour the deal. Extremely disappointed

I had a livingsocial voucher for a mini detail package and let me just say I would have been very disappointed if I'd paid $320 for it which is what it apparently retails for. I was greeted by a single worker who appeared to be responsible for washing all four cars that were there whilst the owner barked orders at him and criticised him in front of myself and another customer. When I returned to collect my car, there were a couple of other staff there madly trying to finish the remaining cars. I was disappointed to find that the exterior of the car hadn't been cleaned to a satisfactory level. There was still dirt and bird poo residue on the car. The worker advised me that buffing the car is only included in the full detail package and that the marks were very hard to get off. Funny enough, I got them off with baby wipes when I got home. I was just at your Richmond car wash and to say the least I have never been treated so rudely and spoke to like an imbecile. I could not be anymore horrified at the service I just received. The management should be disgraced at their level of customer service. I'm very aware that groupons come as a loss but there purpose is to bring clientele. It certainly does not help when this business sees them as a waste of time and does a rush job. All I wanted was a simple vaccuum and wash; found my car still dirt on the floors and bird faeces on the exterior. This is not good customer service and the management rudely saying fine we'll re-do the whole thing. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there again. I would highly suggest business owners got involved and conduct some serious customer service training. Bought a car wash voucher on groupon and a management staff is an absolute recalcitrant. Won't accept a booking even though I call in advance and it's about to bucket down raining. I call back and pretend I'm a paying customer and says I can come in whenever I like.

This company deserves to be reported to the consumer watchdog. And groupon too if it continues to offer suppliers who avoid redeeming vouchers.

I bought a car wash on scoupon, which said no bookings were required, but there may be a wait at peak times. Arrived at 10am on a Tuesday, only to be told that I should have booked, as its a peak time, and there would be a 2 hour wait. I was told if I wanted my car washed, I would have to drive to another location in Hoddle Street Richmond. The management staff said they were not responsible for the deal. I would not recommend The Wash Depot to anyone.
