For many years this person has ironed shirts for us perfectly. This person is on sick leave as of early-May 2014 and the replacement/s are terrible at ironing. 5 shirts have been ruined! I am still waiting to hear if the management will provide us with compensation. Tip - Avoid this place until this person returns. If this person does not return, go elsewhere!
Ive had my shirts washed and ironed there about 6 or 7 times. Only once were they on time. I would go there and get told they had an important job they had to do. Isn't a regular customer who needs shirts done weekly important? Today I go and pick up my $200 a shirt work shirts to find they weren't washed but all the dirt ironed deep into the fabric!plenty of other places to go to. Avoid!!
I'm a busy mum with 3 kids under the age of 10, and I work full time as a teacher. I use the the Wattle Laundrette pretty much on a weekly basis to wash, iron and fold our clothes as well as for my husband's business shirts. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. I drop the laundry baskets in the morning and its all ready to be picked up in the evening. I recon that is great service. Keep up the good work guys.
I've been a frequent user of the Wattle Launderette services for the past 2 years. their customer service is excellent and efficient. what attracts me the most about their service is the pricing, since its really affordable and their offers are really attractive. i would recommend wattle launderette to everyone.
I have been using the wattle launderette for number of years for my washing and ironing services. There service is amazing and the timeliness of the service is superb. The service counter attendant Anna is very friendly and always delivery the on time. The cleanliness of the laundry is very high and that is one of the main reasons which attracts me to go there on a weekly basis.Lately there have been some new modification including some new machines which always boost the appearance of the laundrette. Overall a big thank you for your service.
