The Waverton North Sydney Club

It had been about ten years since my last visit, and with the promise of jazz music today, I thought it was time to see how it was after such a long break. The jazz music was good ( $10 at the door, last Sunday of the month) and the staff are great, thank you to the very professional waiter who served us, Martin was his name. There was a long wait for food, as there were two groups of people having parties on the bowling green. Prices are fair, hubby and I had fresh fish and a salad. The place is daggy, but I guess prices are lower than other clubs that do the very expensive renovation, so that's a good thing. We sat in the sun after a while, perhaps some more seats or a bit of a makeover would enhance the spectacular location. Good if you are a jazz fan. Drinks not cheap, but not super exy either.
