Awful restaurant with shocking service. The one star is for the view. We had to wait ages for our mains. My main arrived 10 minutes after my husbands. I wasn’t given cutlery or a plate. When I asked the little blonde waitress at the till for a plate and cutlery, I was ignored three times and waited another 10 mins. Finally after asking a third time she brought a plate and told me to use my husbands used fork. I have never treated this way elsewhere and I eat out a lot. By the time I could start my meal it was cold. DONT waste your time here if you want good service. The food is average and staff are rude and surly. Restaurant needs some urgent tlc.
Pathetic front of house service. Very rude. Aggressive glares. Bossy. We felt like we had unconvinced the lady at the front desk. Very untidy poor hygene. Should look for another job. I will never ever return. Prices sky high aswell.
Absolutely atrocious!! We ordered seafood platter for 1 - prawns were soggy with no flavour, fish & battered prawns were swimming in oil & fruit was out of date. Snapper was very bland with no flavour. The staff had no idea who's food/drinks went where and there was arguments happening for all to see. Also my chair was ready to fall apart. Overpriced rubbish!
The prices are high for what you get. I ordered the salmon dish, it came with a table spoon of mashed potato, exactly 6 leaves of baby spinach, 4 snow peas two prawns and half a lemon. That's a bit poor for $37.it tasted good at least, however, my family ordered. the deluxe platter for $159. but the crabs were small and everything was bland. The whole crispy snapper was also quite bland for $37.
