The Woods Pantry
Came as a guest. Plenty of parking is a plus and it's surrounded by Bunnings, bowling, indoor climbing,go karts, there is obviously plenty to do around there.
We ordered the sweet chicken stack and lamb sandwich. I had the lamb sandwich which is lamb pieces inside, not bad. My missus had the sweet chicken stack, she liked it.
Her freshly squeezed juice, she used the word "refreshing" and my acai smoothie was delicious
The wall art is great and we managed to fit a pram without a issue
My stomach drops a bit when I realise that to find The Woods Pantry, I have to drive into the enormous Bunnings car park at Villawood. It wasn’t quite where I was expecting to find this little pocket of 'hipster in the suburbs' café. After circuiting the hardware giant and driving through another gate, I find the café dwarfed in a cluster of indoor climbing, laser skirmish, bowling and go-kart racing centres. It’s not often I’ve been to Villawood and I ventured out today specifically to visit The Woods Pantry. I didn’t have a car on this day, but it was super close to the train station so that’s perfect for transportation. In an area with entertainment such as rock climbing, Bowling and laser skirmish, it’s the perfect cafe to stop and refuel.
A spacious cafe that receives natural light and there’s also outdoor seating if you want some sunshine.
The cafe owner Hanny is passionate about the cafe and he’s involved in all aspects, working the floor and greeting customers. Staff we’re all lovely, ...read more
Finally! A place where I don't spit the coffee out and cry in a corner that there's nowhere out here that makes coffee ala like there is in the inner west.
Not overpriced and really rather yummy brunch & lunch options.
Seating inside and out. Heaps of free parking and genuinely pleasant staff mean that I dare say we will be here more often.
The cafe is tucked behind Bunnings next door to the climbing gym.
If you are in the area and need a caffeine or food hit. Check these guys out.
