My wife pulled out a tomato from the self while a person was filling up and they screamed at my wife saying - "why did you take out this tomato from the bottom of the pile. Can't you take one from the top!". I was shocked , so was everyone else. I said, is this how you behave with your customer. They said, "It's your wife's fault because she should not have pulled this tomato out while I am topping up the shelf." We were regular customer but now utterly disgusted with their behavior, we decided we will never return to this shop again.
Dear Sir,I visited your shop and bought some items today,because my stuffs are heavy,I asked your staff who can speak chinese for one more bag,she answered me" plastic bag is expensive".but I stlll insisted ,at last,she gave me a bag .I do not understand why the bag at your shop is so valueable and unaccessible.she said "how are u "to next client,no more to me.Why?your customer service is so different.
