At The Yoga Garden, our philosophical approach is based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. These teachings emphasise the uniqueness of each individual. This is reflected in Yoga Sutra 3:6: Tasya Bhumih Viniyogah: '... gradual progress towards a personal goal, based on our existing abilities (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual)... '.
