Classes are kept small so that students receive individual attention and are encouraged to work at their own level. The classes are structured and taught in the Iyengar tradition, based on the teaching of BKS Iyengar in Pune, India.There is a structured path for students to start at a beginner level and then progress into classes with more experienced students. We have evening and weekend classes.Beginner courses and affordable private or semi-private sessions can be arranged for anyone who struggles with a class situation for any reason.
We encourage monthly enrollment for continuity and consistency which especially helps beginners or students who are wanting to establish a practice. Students can also attend on a casual pay by the class ...read more
