Thebarton Theatre

You'd be hard pressed to find an Adelaideian who's never been to The Thebby to see a show.
Unfortunately it's not big enough for many decent acts these days but I love the atmosphere when it's full, and as others have said the sound dynamics are great, no dead spots and it's clear.
An added bonus is tickets are usually cheaper here because it's not The Entertainment Centre :)

I have never been into The Thebarton Theatre but had reason to come here recently for the Rufus Concert. Very cost, decent space and seating. I like the couch options as well as the chairs. Really enjoyed the concert here.

I love attending shows here. The theatre is beautiful. If it's not allocated seating, head upstairs to chill out on the lounges while watching your show.

The best place in Adelaide to see a live band. This place smells of old concerts and although not the most comfortable place to watch a band it has the best sound and the best atmosphere by far.. Some of the best concerts i've been to have been at the Thebbie, your close to the band and the crowd reacts so much more than being at somewhere like the entertainment centre..
