Excellent customer service, honest, reliable, and cheap. Would highly recommend. My son spilled tea on my laptop. The laptop still wouldn't start after Feroz cleaned it and he advised to try turning it on after a few days. If not, then to purchase a motherboard directly from HP (notice no, profit making here). Silly me, left it for a couple of months and forgot his advice and purchased the motherboard without trying to turn my laptop on. I rang Feroz telling him I have the replacement motherboard and he came to my house to pick them up. That evening Feroz called asking me if I remembered his advise. I said that I didn't, then he told me that I didn't try turning my laptop on after a few days as it was working. He didn't charge me anything for this and I am now in the process of returning the motherboard.
