Theobroma Chocolate Lounge

Only had the hot chocolate, but it was nice. My kids loved the chocolate.

OMG, now i know the Chrissy period is busy but SO SHOULD THEY! One staff on the counter AND picking choccies for people and having to wrap the boxed goodies. The two around the corner on coffee didn\'t help much at all and the queue was exhaustive. Not only that but when they saw my friend waiting - by herself, when the crowd had gone - to buy chocolates, they pointedly avoided her (because of course picking the chocs and boxing and wrapping takes time). They lost about $150 worth of sales from us both as we both had intended to buy a LOT of chocolates. The cup of hot chocolate I got was for the wrong table (there were two tables numbered 9) and the service was slow. While the food was nice, the candle had burned out in the pot so that the chocolate hardened quickly and - well, it was just terrible. More staff required and a bit of professionalism please. Disappointed - a LOT. DO NOT PUT SO MUCH PRESSURE ON staff .WHERE WAS THE management?
