Definitely the best hair salon I've ever been to. It's beautiful, they have a great range of products, fantastic equipment and the staff are very professional and delightful to deal with. I got my hair coloured and couldn't be happier. I left very relaxed, like after a spa treatment! I highly recommend Theory for hair.
What a beautiful experience it was having my hair taken care of by such professionals. Theory is not only a beautiful place to visit but the staff are genuinely the most beautiful people to be around. The staff are talented, helpful and completely professional. Relaxing in a massage chair, surrounded by the scents of amazing products and talented colouring and cutting specialists???? Just blissful ??
I have been at theory for hair before and I was very happy with my hair cut, color and service! So I wanted to book another appointment today and I experienced the worst customer service ever. The staff on the phone was extremely un polite, inpatient, and using very unprofessionally demanding tone. Customers doesn't need to know that you had a busy or bad morning. Very dissapointed, please send this person to customer service training! Although I had an excellent service in my last visit in the salon, this phone call makes me wonder if I want to go back there......
This review is unwarranted & one sided
You have been to our salon before & enjoyed it, then purchase an online offer that is 'valid for new clients only'
The offer is valid for Tuesday Friday until 5.30pm & I did suggest 2 dates you could reserve an appointment, but you only wanted late nights or Saturdays! that's not rude, that's me trying to help & you not reading the T's & C's of the offer
Came in this afternoon for my 1pm appointment (with a living social voucher) that I booked in on 30 December. Despite having the email chain confirming my booking, I arrived today to find that I wasn't actually booked in! Whist the staff at the counter said the emails were from them, they blamed someone else at the salon for not putting it in the system.
In addition to this, I was told that because I have been once before around 2+ years ago that I wasnt a new client and that I couldnt use the voucher unless I paid an additional $50 (so a cut would have been $99).
