Don’t make our mistakes!
We were after couples counselling through Therapia. As receptionist mentioned over the phone, the first session needed to be a long session (90 minutes) so that the counsellor (Mardi Kaye) can become familiar with our case but she had no plan for the session. After 30 minutes hearing our story, she referred us to an on-line program with 500 questions so she can get to know us. She absolutely had no plan for the first session but to convince us how good her referring online system is. The second half of the session was social conversation, whit no adding value.
