Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, patronising and unhelpful staff. We were told there was a two day turn around time on applications but it took three weeks for them to even begin processing our application and no communication from Theresa's office at all during this time. All of our phone calls and emails were left unreturned for days and no one in the office able or willing to tell us what stage our application was at when we eventually got a hold of them. We finally got approved for the property after 4 weeks but ended up pulling out our rental application because we didn't feel comfortable to be with an agency that up to this point had lacked professionalism to such a degree for a full 12 month contract. Would not recommend this agency to anyone

I have dealt with Theresa Fitzgerald Property Management for the past five years and have found them nothing but friendly, polite and professional. Property Management is one of the hardest jobs trying to keep tenant and owner happy. There have been problems with the rental property but these have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Do not rent through this agency! Staff are rude, abrupt and unresponsive They regularly blamed the landlord for delays in communication, but I wonder whether this was just a cop out considering their incompetence elsewhere.

Do not recommend to tenant through TFPM. Absolutely terrible service. No help at all when things go wrong (eg air con in summer), in fact very hard to get hold of at all. Staff are rude and reluctant to help, they just blow problems off as if they're nothing important. Don't expect replies to email or calls on time either. Do not rent here.

Poor value for money. Plenty of attention from Theresa in the beginning, but once contracted in for a year she's nowhere to be found. Promised a lot, delivered little - always palmed onto some office staff who are inept and often rude so ended up sorting a lot of rental issues out directly as it was quicker. Wondered what I was paying for.
